The City accepts reservations for the Wetlands Center and the J.F. Gregory Park Pavilion. Reservation forms can be found below or at City Hall. If you have any questions about the reservation process, you can reach us at 912-756-3345.
How to Reserve a City Facility
To reserve a City park for a private event, please complete the appropriate reservation form and return it to City Hall. At this time, all payments must be made in-person at City Hall. If you intend to have inflatables at your event, you MUST notify city staff and comply with the Inflatables Policy. If you intend to serve alcohol at your event, you MUST submit the alcoholic beverage service application in addition to the reservation form.
Please note that alcoholic beverage service requires City Council approval. City Council meets on the first Tuesday of each month.
Reservations are not considered complete until payment is made in full. The City reserves the right to require a special event permit for rentals dependent upon the nature of the event.
