Bulk Trash Collection
Annual Bulk Trash Pickup
Annual bulk trash pick-up is a service provided free-of charge to our residents. The next bulk trash pickup will be begin on March 16th, 2026.
Crews will collect bulk trash by the following zone schedule. Progress updates will be provided on this page and our Facebook as areas are completed.
Pick-ups will be as follows:
๐ญ๐ผ๐ป๐ฒ ๐ญ – Mulberry, Richmond Place, Ogeechee Station, Blueberry, Camellia Street, Rosemont Street, Carter Street, Rushing Street, Forest Street, Clark Street, Live Oak, White Oak and Ponderosa.
๐ญ๐ผ๐ป๐ฒ ๐ฎ – Piercefield, Teal Lake, Main Street, Brisbon Hall, Sterling Creek, Sterling Woods, Cypress Point, Creek Valley, Richmond Hill Plantation-Port Royal, Creekside and The Commons.
๐ญ๐ผ๐ป๐ฒ ๐ฏ –Richmond Heights, Parkside, Walker Ct., The Bottom, Cherokee, Port Drive, Melrose, Richmond Hill Plantation, Turtle Hill, and Heartwood.Reminder to residents:
- This opportunity is only available for Richmond Hill current water account users in residential zoning areas.
Curbside pick-up will include large items such as appliances, furniture, and other bulky items not normally picked up by the regular trash service. - We do not service apartment or gated communities.

- All City residents should place their items on the curb by 7 a.m. the morning of the scheduled pick-up.
The following items will not be collected: tires, hazardous waste items, paint, refrigerators, freezers, oil or oil-based product, grease products, batteries, gas or gas-based products, lawnmowers, Freon or Freon based products. - No construction debris will be collected.
- Subdivisions will be serviced once only.
- Yard waste will not be picked up during this time until bulk trash removal is complete.

- Tuesday, March 17, 2026 -8:55 AM - Crews are collecting in Richmond Place.
- Tuesday, March 17, 2026 -9:58 AM - Richmond Place is now complete.
- Tuesday, March 17, 2026 - 10:45 AM - Blueberry is now complete.
- Tuesday, March 17, 2026 - 11:21 AM - Crews have completed Camellia Street, First Street, Second Street, Kennah Court, Carter Street, Forest Street, Clark Street and Rushing Street.
- Tuesday, March 17, 2026 - 2:15 PM - Rosemont has been completed and crews are currently collecting in Live Oak.
- Wednesday, March 18, 2026 - 8:15 AM - Live Oak is complete. Crews are now collecting in White Oak.
- Wednesday, March 18, 2026 - 10:30 AM - Zone 1 is complete. Zone 2 collection has started in Piercefield.
- Thursday, March 19, 2026 - 10:05 AM - Piercefield is complete. Crews are now collecting in Teal Lake.
- Thursday, March 19, 2026 - 1:25 PM - Teal Lake and Brisbon Hall are complete. Collection will now begin in Main Street.
- Thursday, March 19, 2026 - 4:09 PM - Main Street is now complete. Crews are now collecting in Sterling Creek.
- Friday, March 20, 2026 - 10:30 AM - Sterling Creek is now complete. Crews are now collecting in Sterling Woods.
- Friday, March 20, 2026 - 1:20 PM - Sterling Woods in now complete. Crews are now collecting in Cypress Point.
- Friday, March 20, 2026 - 3:15 PM - Cypress point is complete. Crews will now begin collecting in Richmond Hill Plantation - Port Royal side.

Area Landfill
Bulk items can be taken to the Bryan County Landfill, located on Fort McAllister Road, during the following hours of operation:
- Tuesday and Wednesday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
- Thursday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m
