Bob is a native Savannahian and graduated from Benedictine Military School in 1972.  He received a BBA in Finance from Georgia Southern University in 1976 and an MBA in Finance from the University of Georgia in 1977.  He was employed in the Banking Industry for over 20 years worked in the investment industry as a Financial Services Representative prior to coming to the city of Richmond Hill as Finance Director. 

Bob has been married for 24 years to the former Patty Brewer, and has two children, Sarah and Brian.  He is a member of White Bluff United Methodist Church, and currently serves as President of the White Bluff United Methodist Men.  In addition, he has recently been nominated to the Board of Directors of The Richmond Hill Exchange Club.
