    b.        Grant of Easement with CenturyLink.

    c.       Request from H. D. Brigdon for a fee waiver on the Wetlands Center at J. F. Gregory Park for the First                       Volunteer Regiment of GA for a            dinner and meeting on September 11, 2010.

    d.     Request for red light at Mulberry and US 17.

    e.     Request from David Ackerman for Energy Oasis to host  Energy 5K fundraiser run in J. F. Gregory Park on April               10, 2010.
