1. Approval/disapproval of request by Bill Batastini for a variance to 2 ft. from the eave on rear and side setbacks in Cottenham, Phase 1-A, Lots 1 thru 49 (excluding lots 4 & 43) for detached carports and garages only; and a variance to 2 ft. from the eave on rear and side setbacks in Cottenham, Phase 2, Lots 82 thru 128 to add detached garages The property is zoned PD-2.
2. Approval/disapproval of request by Jerry Wardlaw of North Godley Developers for a variance of 4.5 ft on right side setback and a variance of 2.5 ft. on left side setback for Lot 132 Summerhill. The property is zoned PD-2.
3. Approval/disapproval of request by The Station Xchange, LLC for a variance of 124 sq. ft. for the common sign for Station Xchange. The property is zoned C-2.

5. Approval/disapproval of request by Kellie Robertson for a conditional use permit to operate an open-air market in a C-2 zone on Lot 2 in Station Xchange. The property is zoned C-2.
6. Approval/disapproval of request by Kellie Robertson to approve the bldg elevations and site location for open air market with the structure being 25’ x 25’ to be located on Lot 2, Station Xchange. The property is zoned C-2.
7. Approval/disapproval of request by J D H Capital, LLC for site plan and building elevations for the Shoppes at Harris Trail to be located on Highway 17, next to the new Bryan Bank. The property is zoned C-4, interchange commercial.
8. Approval/disapproval of request by LBP Investments, LLC for conceptual master plan for the multi-family development to be known as Cherry Hill Townhomes in Richmond Hill Plantation. The property is zoned PD-2, planned development and is for an area designated multi-family on the Richmond Hill Plantation master plan.
9. Approval/disapproval of alcoholic beverage license for on premises consumption of beer, wine and liquor for Rajnikant V. Patel at 3975 Highway 17 (the old Smokehouse Grill). The property is zoned C-4, interchange commercial.
