4.    Approval/Disapproval of request from Cecil Pugh to park a commercial vehicle at his residence at 510 Rushing Street. The property is zoned PD-2, planned development.

7.  COMMUNICATIONS:

                        Council/Department Head Retreat is scheduled for March 31 at the                                       Richmond Hill City Center. 

8.  NEW BUSINESS:

            1. Approve/Disapprove a request from Brianne Yontz for the Chamber of   Commerce to serve alcoholic beverages in J. F. Gregory Park on October 19-       20, 2012 for the Seafood Festival.

            2.  Approve/Disapprove Professional Services Contract with Governmental            Enterprises.

            3.  Discussion of H+K contract for WWTP.

            4. Approve/Disapprove agreement to provide fireworks for the July 4^th         celebration in J. F. Gregory Park on Saturday, June 30, 2012

            5. Approve/Disapprove a request by Rosalind J. Royal to serve beer and wine      

             only at a family reunion in the Wetlands Center on July 15, 2012.
