A message from your Fire Chief:

It is my privilege & honor to introduce you to the Richmond Hill Fire Department.  The Department maintains an ISO Class rating of four which is supported by the department operating as an effective combination system comprised of two stations, Three engines, one rescue unit and one 100 ft platform unit. We have eleven career firefighter / first responders and officers, and 11 volunteer members who proudly serve our community by providing 24-hour fire and rescue services.

Our goal is to provide a community based, all-hazards emergency service delivery system in which the community is provided public safety services in a professional and cost effective manner.  We meet this goal through mutual respect, open communication, and teamwork operating as one efficient and effective department.

If you are thinking about volunteering, considering a career as a professional firefighter, need non-emergency assistance, or  would like to schedule a station tour, or a public educational event, please call our non-emergency number 912-756-3749. Richmond Hill Fire Department is committed to your safety and meeting customer expectations.

I hope you enjoy your visit to our website and find the time to visit the City of Richmond Hill and our fire stations.  I am honored and privileged to serve our community as Fire Chief, and I look forward to the opportunity of providing excellence in service through our career and volunteer professionals. I extend an invitation to come back and visit our website often for updates.

Thank - You
