After many months, the refined draft of the Unified Development Ordinance is ready for review. This is the product of a detailed analysis of the current regulations, interviews and discussions with many stakeholders, and a series of work sessions with the City’s steering committees. This draft reflects the input received early in the process, as well as modifications identified during the steering committee and open house meetings.

Below you will find links to the DRAFT Unified Development Ordinance, the open house presentation, and a memorandum summarizing the ordinance revisions.
