In the interest of public health and safety, and due to an abundance of caution in the face of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic, all City of Richmond Hill government buildings are temporarily closed to the public - including City Hall - effective Tuesday, March 17, 2020.
Critical services including police, fire, sanitation, water distribution, wastewater, inspections and permits will continue uninterrupted.

We are temporarily suspending the requirements to apply for utility service in person at City Hall as well as apply in person to disconnect. Please complete the application for utility services and return it along with a scan or copy of your driver's license to our offices or via email to Utilitybilling@RichmondHill-GA.gov.
Your application fee of $100 can be made over the phone with our offices using a credit card or you can mail a check/money order made payable to City of Richmond Hill to us at City of Richmond Hill, PO Box 250, Richmond Hill, GA 31324. Please note if we have not received your application fee within 10 business days the service will be disconnected.
