Chris Lovell

Biography
Chris Lovell grew up in Richmond Hill. He is a graduate of Richmond Hill High School and has a degree in finance from the University of Georgia. After working in the banking industry and accounting for several years, Mr. Lovell was appointed city manager by the mayor and council on May 15, 2012. He is the administrative leader of the city and works very closely with the mayor and council. Mr. Lovell’s goal is to make the city more efficient and consumer friendly.
