In coordination with the re-opening of our administrative offices, The City will begin accepting reservations for the Wetlands Center and the J.F. Gregory Park Pavilion on Monday, May 17, 2021. Reservation forms can be found online or at City Hall. If you have any questions about the reservation process, you can reach us at 912-756-3345.
To reserve a City park for a private event, please complete the appropriate reservation form and return it to City Hall. At this time, all payments must be made in-person at City Hall. If you intend to serve alcohol at your event, you MUST submit the alcoholic beverage service application in addition to the reservation form. Please note that alcoholic beverage service requires City Council approval.
City Council meets on the first Tuesday of each month. If you would like your application to be considered at next meeting, please submit your reservation packet no later than May 25th.
Reservations are not considered complete until payment is made in full.
