Here are a few tips and tricks to get you on your way:

"CONNECT" our online permitting system works best with Chrome. Internet Explorer experiences difficulties.

All:
When you first sign up, make sure to use a valid email address - you will immediately receive an email to validate the signup process. Please continue to refer to the application documentation listed on the website, as it will still help you through the process.

Contractors:
If you’re a contractor and you’ve never used the online system, give us a call to get everything set up the first time. If you’re a contractor and you don’t see a job site address in the list try typing just the street name or street number and scrolling through to find it. Don’t include the street suffix. If you still can’t find it, give us a call at 912-756-3641.

Citizens: Try typing just the street name or street number and scrolling through to find your address. Don’t include the street suffix. If you still can’t find it, give us a call at 912-756-3641.
